The M.O.G. is a fitness club wholly integrated with an independent physical therapy practice. Its mission is to provide fitness services to not only the healthy motivated population but also provide a fitness opportunity to medically compromised members of our community. Members who join the M.O.G. receive evidence based services from licensed physical therapist, physical therapy assistants, exercise physiologists and dietitians.
The M.O.G. opened its doors in 2005 knowing that we wanted to cultivate an environment that makes exercise a continuing part of life for anyone who joined the club. Since then, we have used our medical backgrounds and fitness expertise to develop programs, support systems and follow up care which allows all of the members to reach goals and measurable outcomes they never though possible!

Group Exercise Classes
Enjoy unlimited access to all of our group exercise classes from yoga to spinning, kick boxing and beyond! Make working out fun again with your friends!
During the nutrition consultation, we will evaluate where you are right now and the challenges that you are facing. We will address any social or emotional stressors that could be affecting your eating patterns and how to cope with those stressors. This is also an educational session and you will learn important information that will guide towards a healthy nutrition lifestyle. For example, you will learn what a calorie is, effects on metabolism, why all carbohydrates are not the same, and easy tips that you are able to implement right away!
If you desire even more specialized attention, personal training is for you. With programs designed specifically to fit your needs and a trainer always present to ensure proper form and motivation, your goals will be met in no time
Small Group Training
This program is an affordable fun way to give you that extra edge in your training. Find a partner or group or we will help you join up with someone. Keep each other motivated and achieve your fitness goals faster!
This one of a kind fitness evaluation is based in research and provides you a true analysis of your current fitness level. A "M.O.G. Score" is established by measuring and analyzing your body mass index, body fat percentage, waist circumference, and your aerobic tolerance.
Not sure exactly what you should be doing in the gym to reach your goals? Allow our fitness professionals to design a custom exercise program that they will walk you through one on one to make sure you feel good doing each movement.
Another MOG exclusive, a MOGA is a manual stretch program that improves your joint range of motion and your muscle flexibility. Each MOGA is performed by a licensed professional. All of your toes up to your head will receive a prolonged stretch in all directions. It’s like a massage, but even better!
